Christmas has come and gone and being based mostly in Australia – exactly where Summer time is in complete swing – the dPS group are all feeling the contact to the beach!

I know it may be challenging to hear for some of you snowed in in the Northern Hemisphere but the sun is shining and the temperature is rising more than here and most Aussies take a couple of weeks off at this time of year.
But don’t fret – whilst we’re at the seaside we’ve lined up some excellent subject material for you here on dPS so you can get your photographic ‘fix’.
Here’s what will take place:
1. Among Christmas and New Years – The dPS finest of 2011 Series
Over the next week we’ve lined up a bit of a appear back on the year that has been. In 2011 we published more than 500 tutorials right here on dPS – as well numerous to have genuinely taken in. So over this subsequent week we’ll be presenting some ‘best of’ posts exactly where we’ll publish themed collections of our greatest stuff from the last year.
Tomorrow we’ll kick it off with a collection of our hottest portrait photography posts written this year. Each and every day there will be a new theme.
two. The Initial ten Days of 2011 – Lowered Posting
In our second week (ten days in fact) we’ll be posting some wonderful new material – but we’ll just post as soon as a day instead of our normal twice a day schedule.
Also please note: more than the following two weeks you could not see a newsletter from us – but we’ll make the following one a great a single! We’ll also not have our normal weblog challenges over this period.
All will be back to standard come 10th January although! In truth it’ll be greater than ever as we’ll hopefully be returned relaxed, balanced and with a bronzed healthful ‘we’ve been in the Sun look’.
